Getting down in weight and getting in shape 3/10/2005
Both my wife and I have been doing the Body for Life program
and have found it to be very good and very sensible.

Eat smaller portions 5 to 6 times a day - the goal is to avoid
feeling really hungry.

Reduce the amount of fat you eat significantly and to increase

Self-Esteem vs sex drive 3/5/2005
I quit smoking cigarettes 53 days ago and have put on at least

What about extreame weight loss? 3/3/2005
I'm just wondering what the consensus is about those
of us who have experienced an extreame weight loss. I've
personally have lost oer 200 lbs in just over a year and let's
say I've got a case of the 'saggies'. I'm
up front and honest about it and have even posted photos

Update on LS7 1/30/2005
Just wanted to give a update on my last article. I have been
successful in my quest for fitness. I haven't achieved
my goal of 65 lbs yet, but actually am looking pretty good,
and am now a mean lean machine at 190 lbs. Hope this gives
